The terms, written like an explanation.

This site is operated by MBSD Studio Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17474371, registered office Unit 29 Highcroft Industrial Estate, Enterprise Road, Horndean, Waterlooville, PO8 0BT, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "MBSD" mean that company; "you" means you.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using it — there is nothing further to do.

These terms cover the website. If we go on to do paid work together, that is governed by a separate written agreement, and where the two disagree the agreement wins.

You may read, use and share anything here. Please do not:

• Use the site in a way that breaks the law, or that could damage it or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
• Attempt to gain access to parts of it that are not open to you, or to anyone else's account.
• Scrape, mirror or systematically harvest the site — including using the prompt library to build a competing library.
• Submit anything through the contact form that is unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading about who you are.

We may restrict access if any of the above happens. In practice we would rather email you first.

The tools are free, they run in your browser, and they come with no warranty of any kind. They are built carefully and tested, but they are small utilities given away — not a professional service you have engaged us to provide.

Check the output before you rely on it. Two of the tools are worth naming specifically, because the cost of an error falls on you rather than on the screen:

• Wi-Fi QR codes. Scan the code with a real phone before you send a sign to print. Some combinations of shape and colour are harder for some scanners to read, and we would rather you found that out on screen than after a print run.
• Working days and holidays. The holiday data covers many countries and is kept current, but public holidays get moved by governments at short notice, and some are set by lunar calendars that cannot be calculated exactly in advance. Where the tool says so, it is telling you something real. Confirm anything you are about to book flights or commit contractual deadlines against.

You may use the prompts in your own business, free of charge and without asking. Run them, adapt them, change the wording, use the results commercially. That is what they are for.

What we ask you not to do is redistribute the library itself:

• Do not republish the prompts as a collection, sell them, or present them as your own work.
• Do not use them to build or train a competing prompt library or product.

When you paste a prompt into an AI tool, that tool's terms and privacy policy apply to whatever you paste. Some of them train on what they are given. Think about that before putting customer information or anything confidential into one.

Anything you enter into a tool or a prompt stays in your browser. We do not receive it, so we claim no rights over it and we have no copy of it. It remains entirely yours.

If you send us an enquiry, you keep ownership of what you wrote; we use it to reply to you and for nothing else. The privacy notice sets out how long we keep it.

You do not need an account to use the site, the tools or the prompts. If you create one:

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@mbsd.studio if you think someone else has got into it.
• You can close it whenever you like, and we may close an account that has been used to break these terms.

We would like the site to be available all the time, and we do not promise that it will be. We may change it, take parts of it down, or stop running it altogether, without notice. It is a workshop, and things on the bench sometimes come apart.

Where the site links to somewhere else, that is for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what is on them.

Everything on this site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and conditions that would otherwise be implied — including that the site or the tools will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, wasted expenditure, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or anything you got from it. Where we are liable despite that, our total liability in connection with the free parts of this site is limited to £100.

The design, code, words, illustrations and the prompt library are ours or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. The MBSD name and logo are ours.

Using the site does not transfer any of that to you, beyond the permission to use the prompts described above. Quoting a page with a link back is fine and always welcome.

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and the version on the site at the time you use it is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
