How we work
We keep the process embarrassingly simple on purpose. The less ceremony there is, the sooner you have something real in your hands.
No discovery workshops, no 40-page brief. You tell us what you need in your own words, and we keep asking until we have it right. Get this bit wrong and everything after it is wasted.
Not a mockup, not a slide deck. Something real you can click, poke at and use, so you are reacting to the thing itself rather than a description of it.
A round or two of changes, based on what you found actually using it. Then it goes live. If it needs more rounds than that, we got step one wrong.
